The price that you see in the website is the totally inclusive price, and that is the price that you are responsible to pay. This includes the cost of the sample kit, the running of the laboratory tests, a print-out of your results along with comments from internationally known Counselors, Physicians and Geneticists. If you have a "positive" result, our staff physicians will be happy to discuss them further with your chosen health care professional.

We have no way of knowing what your individual commercial policy might cover. Some commercial policies have "wellness provisions" and it is possible that you may file for reimbursement, but it's not generally the rule.

All client information and the test results are strictly confidential. Results will only be issued to the person who signed the Test Request Form. Not even your physician or insurance company will receive results of your tests unless you provide them directly, or ask when registering. If you have a "positive" test and you wish us to fax a report to your doctor(s), let us know through e-mail, we will be happy to do this at no additional charge.
